Principles of Effective Team Work

Working as an effective team goes far beyond whether or not you “like” or “dislike” the other members. There are root dysfunctions that tear down effectiveness at core levels that are often overlooked. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team,” you will learn extremely practical principles that take any team to a higher level of effectiveness, regardless of the setting. This 5 hour, interactive workshop, will give you a thorough introduction to the Five Dysfunctions, and give you tools of effectiveness to use immediately.
