be issued, but no refunds. If you cannot make a registered workshop, substitutes
are welcome. Walk-ins are also welcome, but are not guaranteed a seat.
Where is my workshop located?
We use several locations throughout Central Pennsylvania. Please make sure to visit
our locations page to get directions to your registered workshop.
Will I get a certificate for attending?
Each guest registered under the professional rate will be issued a certificate of
attendance within one month of workshop attendance. Certificates will be sent to
the registering person or entity.
When is payment due?
All payments are due prior to the workshop date for open registration events.
Should I bring a lunch?
Light snacks and beverages are served at all of our registered workshops. Full day
workshops offer a 1 hour lunch break for you to enjoy lunch on your own.
Is there a dress code for RiversidePD workshops?
It is suggested that guests wear layers and dress comfortably—but professionally—while
attending workshops. We can not guarantee climate control in all of our classrooms.
I'm on call, can I keep my phone on during the workshop?
Cell phone use is prohibited while in Riverside PD's workshops. We ask that you
place your devices on mute to facilitate a more enjoyable experience for everyone.
You are welcome to excuse yourself from the classroom in order to use your device,
however, extended time outside the workshop will result in loss of training hours.
I didn't register but I'd like to attend, is that possible?
Walk-in guests are welcome at Riverside PD workshops, but will not be guaranteed
a seat until all registered guests have arrived.
