Nicole Deibler, M.S., BCBA
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Nicole Deibler is a wonderful addition to RiversidePD’s available behavior, communication and activities programs. She maintains a focus on positive relationships and meaningful, age appropriate activities, which add quality and meaning to the lives of the people we are dedicated to serve.

Anthony F. Dellinger, M.S.
Tony has over 20 years experience presenting professional development programs to employees of government and human service agencies including those who work in state mental hospitals, the administrative offices of the Department of Public Welfare and Governors Office of Administration, and the Pennsylvania State Police. His areas of expertise include supervision, management, and administration.

Valerie A. Lemmon, Psy.D.
Valerie has a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, having completed extensive training in physical and cognitive disabilities. She has a particular interest in the anxiety, mood, and personality disorders. She was a Psychological Services Associate at Riverside Associates, P.C., with more than 20 years of experience working in the MH/MR field and now teaches at Messiah College while working at a private practice in Palmyra, PA.

Katie F. Manning, B.S.
Katie received her bachelors from York College in Psychology where she also took American Sign Language as her language of choice. She is currently the Director of Home Based Services at Riverside Associates, PC and has worked in various roles with adults and children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities for the past decade.

Wayne D. Schmoyer, Psy.D.
As President of Riverside Associates, PC, where he has been on staff for more than 21 yrs, Wayne is a Licensed Psychologist and holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Schmoyer has more than 25 yrs of experience working with people who have severe/persistent mental illness, developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury. He has extensive training and experience implementing behavior management techniques and has worked with people who have impulse control problems, psychosis and thought disorders, anxiety and depression, sleep problems, memory problems, and chronic pain. Dr Schmoyer also teaches as an adjunct professor at Lebanon Valley College.
